REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At 4VISION4RIES, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
RETURNS
We accept returns for damaged or misprinted items - only within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Have a visible defect (misprint, damage, or incorrect item).
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as Final Sale or discounted items.
Gift cards, digital downloads, or online services.
Jewelry and original artworks (unless defective or damaged).
📩 To request a return: Email frothemagazine@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping:
If the item is damaged or incorrect: We cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is not due to an error on our part: The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frothemagazine@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as production may have begun.
